Supplies needed:
- ribbon
- hole punch
- scissors
- colored cardstock or paper
- sharpie or marker
- pencil
- plate
Place plate on colored paper/cardstock (I used paper). Use pencil to trace around plate. Make as many circles as you need for your banner. I added two on the end without letters.
Cut circles out.
Randomly make hole punches around the circles.
Draw letters with Sharpie or marker.
Connect circles using desired lengths of ribbon.
