Easy Peasy Party Invites

The inspiration.
Gift tags, $1, The Dollar Tree
There are enough tags for 18 invitations.

 Other supplies needed:
Using the paper cutter or scissors, cut cardstock to size you'd like.  I cut standard invitation size.

Cut tags in half, making a front square (the image) and a back square (solid color).

Mix and match the squares, lining a color square up behind an image square like this (or for one less step, use image square only). Adhere together.

Then using the sticky backs of the tags or another adhesive, stick the squares onto the centers of the folded cardstock.  Popdots are fun for more dimension.

Write info in card.  (or print info on cardstock prior to making cards)  Done.  Easy Peasy Party Invites.
